Returns & Exchanges

At Tata Simply Better, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact to ensure they are eligible for processing.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please ensure someone is available to hand over the sealed package to our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
